Welcome to Beachside Post Acute, a premier 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center conveniently located on Santa Fe Avenue in Long Beach, California. Our center features an open lobby to provide a comfortable environment to visit with your loved one. The rooms at Beachside Post Acute are designed to be clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Each patient has access to complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and their own individual TV.

At Beachside Post Acute, we believe in enriching the lives of our patients. Our activity programs are thoughtfully designed to support and maximize their quality of life. From music therapy and exercise to socialization events and game time, our programs offer a variety of positive experiences. Our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists work collaboratively to help patients achieve their maximum potential, ensuring a safe discharge back home or to their prior residence.

We take pride in our specialized dietary program, prepared daily by our experienced cooking staff. Our Dietary Supervisor and Registered Dietician carefully monitor each patient's diet to meet their individual needs. Our comprehensive therapeutic services include skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, wound care, pain management, IV therapy, specialized activity programs, hospice care, and podiatry, audiology, and optometry services.

Beachside Post Acute proudly serves our Veterans and accepts most insurance providers, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, HMOs, and private pay. Social services is an integral part of the team at Beachside Post Acute.

This department will provide vital information to residents and families, handle concerns and requests in addition to care planning and arranging transportation to any outpatient appointments, individual therapy, podiatry, optometry, psychosocial evaluations, and Power of Attorney. Beachside Post Acute has an extraordinary focus on customer experience. Our team of directors are attentive to the needs of our residents and families.
